The Trim and Detox Patches are simple and safe to use.   Follow these insteps for general use.

Take off a middle paper from adhesive paper. Spread the powder in the SAP sheet evenly and stick it on the printed side to the adhesive paper. Apply it to the applicable part of the body, pressing lightly.
It is basically applied to the sole of the foot and other parts of the body where uncomfortable.  Make sure the area is dry and clean.
Apply them on both soles of the feet before going to bed and take them off next morning.   We recommend that you wear a light loose sock to help prevent the patch from coming off while you’re sleeping.  If this is uncomfortable, then try it without the sock.  It may stay on depending upon how much you move your feet while you’re sleeping.
Don't pull or extend the adhesive sheet, which is made of soft materials, because it may be hard to take them off.
The patch should be used right after the packing paper is opened because of its hygroscopic. 
Don't take out the powder in the sheet and keep out of children's reach.
Do not reuse patches even if they appear to be clean.
Wash your feet with soap and water after removing the patch to remove excess toxins and adhesive.

Can I Put the Patches on Other Parts of My Body?
